Hello BP community,I am currently about half way through my 1st Flip or what I thought i was going to flip.

I'm half way through "Start Your Own Corporation" and it's a real eye-opener.  

This year Only half way through the year Cap Ex is at only about 10%.

People in general are just walking around made of glass these days.

I’m thinking a less expensive granite vs. quartz in kitchen, maybe not spending a lot on the showers/ glass and trying to finding cheaper cabinets for everything but the kitchen. 

They provide you a great, reliable service (where services are not skipped or halfway completed) for a good price that is fair to the both of you. 

Not sure what happened (eg glass vase fell off a counter when jackhammering was done) or the value of the item, but the contractor said tenant's stuff should be fine and clearly it wasn't. 

We just finished a renovation project that we started in our name and put into an LLC half way through. 

I built half a dozen homes in Seaside Or on the hill above town and half way up my street was the start of the safe zone for Tsunami  when you put that into perspective..
