Personally, I am a HUGE fan and proponent  of Chicago Cashflow and  ANDREW HOLMES  MASTERY PROGRAM , because everyone I met there seemed genuine, honest ,  ambitious people always eager to help if you only ask for it.

You REALLY HAVE TO be able to look at your business and genuinely say, "I wouldn't do business with me either".Again, this is not a matter of opinion.

I believe one of the syndications I am an LP is doing poorly but the GPs have not yet admitted as much publicly.

They may have growing pains issues - I cannot attest to anyone else's experience  but as of April 2022 I feel like things are going in a good direction with the new build properties he is developing and he has been genuinely interested in my success with his company.
