My opinion on this subject is admittedly biased, as I started investing without anyone’s help (not counting the buyer’s agent,) and am professionally suspicious of real estate gurus selling “education,” to begin with.

I am for sure biased but I would highly suggest using a real estate agent that is a) familiar with that community b) is well versed in selling to non-Mexican citizens and c) has stellar reviews.

@Joe HammelEdit* For the record, I’m heavily biased towards pull chain and NOT remote controlled bc the remotes is something that seems to be a headache.

That would be my #1 rec, I know I'm biased as an agent myself, but what you pay an agent to sell your properties for you, is worth it if you have a good one!

Biased being with a professional design and reno company, but if you want perform well and potentially outperform the competition, I would say it's a must at this point.

Anyone can sell their flip regardless of gender.

When any calculator or spreadsheet is oriented toward only one outcome (rental for instance) you have what is called "confirmation bias".

I personally like NC, but I am biased, I live here. 

Coamo is where my family stays so thats what I know.. and all the south talks about how much crime and drugs are in the north but I guess thats just the south of the island being biased.

@Mark Norick, Its not that nobody saw your reply to what I said, its that (1) you are BIASED by virtue of the fact that you are selling a business opportunity in a related space; and (2) you have a total of 2 posts on BP.
