What is everyone’s thoughts on this bill coming to fruition as currently written?

I figured, as long as I can bring the deal to fruition, and can pay my bills, I can take my fees out after-the-fact from cash flow and equity. 

Also, have a contingency in mind if those plans don't come to fruition.  

I am ok waiting for them and I just keep following up on the listing until it comes to fruition.

This will come to fruition in probably Q1 of 2017 so I'm looking into this now.  

You may eventually find someone that let's you assist on some basic aspects of a deal or even just let's you ride along and watch over their shoulders, but you'll have a mutual understanding that your primary concern for now is completing your school work.I hope that helps, and my best advice for now is to pick a plan and stick with it, as it will likely take multiple years before you really see this dream come to fruition.

Hi All, I just wanted to say that the concepts behind the old adage "think and grow rich" are finally coming to fruition in my world.It is exciting to be looking at homes that could be bought and held, flipped, etc.  

The latter has reached fruition in a high condo demand in the area with new construction (and even renovated) condos selling for the price of a multifamily in most other areas of Hudson County.

And if creativity does come to fruition you'll have a head start on trying to figure out the numbers that would make the deal work for you and whatever person/institution is backing you financially.  

It's a balance between striking while the iron is hot vs. wasting a lot of time on contracts which won't ever come to fruition.
