As is, I have an eviction in process, of a tenant that vacated in Oct 2019, yet did not tell me, left some stuff/junk in unit, so I had to go to eviction...5-6months, No rent, no payments, etc...worst is, this month would have been changing locks w/Marshall, as no reply from him, and not fighting it at all, yet now 90 days frozen, no evictions!

Personally, my prediction is that if anything, the market will take a pause and prices will stay frozen.

heloc s get frozen when the bank feels the equity has gone away and they are at risk.. so they freeze them.. not often they call them due as long as your making your payments..

Evictions have been frozen in some places for as much as 4 months and smaller landlords cannot absorb this shock, especially if they already own 7-10 units.
