HELOC called due early
Hello everyone!
I'm a newbie and interested in your experience in the last recession. Did anyone have their HELOC frozen or called due early in the last recession? I have one on our primary residence. We used it last year for a flip and recently repaid it. If I draw on the line, is it less likely to be called due early?
Thanks in advance!
