Every buyer wants some way to determine if they are being offered a fair deal.

DSCR loans are fairly simple and efficient overall.

If the water bill is $100 a month, increase the price by 20% (or whatever you decide is fair) to compensate you for the time required to split and bill and to cover additional use when tenants squander the utility.

I am starting the legal process as we speak and depending how many more we can make this a class action law suit.I’m in a similar boat lots of promises made, and nothing to show for it and out a bunch of money.

The CHS market is still fairly hot and active, although it has a slowed a little in recent months.

@Samuel Coronado - cash flow on new builds here right now is fairly non-existant without putting more than 20% down.
