Reason being all profits would flow back to them +5-7% interest is to entice them to invest and get their money back to them quickly so I get the equity quicker.

There are some surly characters on Craigslist that like to steal your ad and entice people to send them money. 

Manage it so he is hands off to make it enticing for him. 

Increase your deposit to entice the seller?

Just want to make sure buyers agents are filling enticed to bring buyers (different markets slightly different but normally somewhere around 2.5-3%)

To entice outside investors to buy a new build with anticipation of using 2 weeks out of the year.  

Most properties need some type of updating, even if just cosmetic updates to entice renters, so you need to know what other properties that are similar are selling and renting for rehabbed, and that requires comps analysis and adjustments.

I will also be completing my real estate schooling and expect to be the listing agent for the houses.Has anyone heard of deals like this or find this reasonable/enticing for a partner?
