My wife and I opened a Chicago Style hot dog cart, and I reprised my handyman business I started prior to COVID.

They said NO - it's no fair of us to ask for a deposit for the dogs. 

“Genius” me agreed to rent a house for them in exchange for fostering a few of my dogs (I run a dog rescue group.)

The owners dog is generally pretty eager to pick up their own poop and the owner of the dog gets the message quickly. 

In return I can offer access to MLS information(Realtor), Sweat equity(maybe you need help in one of your flips), Bird dogging, or even listing any properties for you in return for your guidance. looking forward to connect with the community.

The biggest thing I’d say is to not let the tax tail wag the dog.

(Car crash, dog attack, etc etc.).

They said they don't plan on fixing the dog because they want to breed him (!!).

Even with vetting guests, they still sometimes break the rules and bring large dogs or have parties. 

We're amazed and wonder how you are so lucky, because the few times that we have trusted guests to do something like "bring a 25 pound dog" it ends up being an 80 pound mixed breed dog that barks all of the time.
