Yes HERO is a sorry scam of a program.   

A warning however is that all HMLs are not created equal and if you find one that wants money upfront and promised to fund any deal, hang up and keep looking . . . you will see a number of newbies get scammed in this area.Good luck and feel free to reach out with any questions

He was never even a good salesperson (pushy sales tactics are often taught by gurus but simply don't work for most personalities, Jordan Belfort of all people called him out on this during an interview that was very revealing), and his real estate syndication funds are now rumored to be total scams (he allegedly buys the properties separately beforehand then marks them up millions before selling them to his fund using his investor's money, like a wholesaler basically but taking $50M fees from investors without disclosing it.

The last time I saw a structure like this, it ended up being a scam from a very well known real estate mogul...Be careful, if it sounds to be good to be true, it probably is...Cheers!

So I'll report back on his 3 day I have a feeling that it will provide some basic info but get ready for the upsell.With that being said I will say his 2-5-7 program is an old marketing scam they used to sell.

I am not trying to sell books, however my BP book on self storage devotes the last 1/3 of the book to the topic of how to get started in real estate syndications.

I was called everything from a scam artist to a slumlord to an idiot. 

I have seem other forums so I know lead certificate is not a scam. 

Hate to break it to you but you got scammed out of that mastermind course. 

This sounds like a legal scam to scare you out of your money.
