Would a home equity loan be a viable option in this situation, especially in regards to eliminating some of the red tape I'm running into with a refinancing an scorp-owned property?

I also  am not sure her getting her real estate license and sell a property a year as someone suggested will qualify for the 750 hours.I know we all want to make money, but we do not want to raise red flags....

The property was being lived in....of course it could use a refresh which we also agreed to do a deep clean for you....fact of the matter is is that you chose to walk away from our agreement prematurely and ended up having to go about it on your own.

The only slight red flag was that they only accepted payment via Venmo or wire transfer, but that's how I accepted payment when I was selling lead bundles, so I still thought it was worth a shot.

We also dig into their paystubs on a deep level. 

Please note i did not invest with them, but wanted to mention that as there are names out there when mentioned its an automatic red flag.
