It's important to know what market rents are for what you are analyzing, many properties are super under rented and you have to get them to market rates. 

Go to court in Spain as a foreign owner? 

I’m hoping that once I do have enough saved I can buy the second property and continue house hacking.

Realistically you would expect the house to continue to appreciate during that time as well... even if at 3.33% appreciation - that is another $50,000 in appreciation you would make in the 3 years - give or take.  

By the way, if I didn't continue Velocity Banking, I would still pay off my home about 5.5 years sooner and save $30k+ in interest.

We are in a safe community, so tenants can choose to leave the door unlocked or hide a key under the mat.

And also that rates are just going to continue to be an issue, so it's likely something to plan for in rent rates and/or overall investment costs. 

I will continue this no matter what because I believe it makes a difference in reviews.

There is currently not a mortgage on the property, but due to the s-corp ownership, refinancing is not going as easily as I'd hoped.

The deal has to make sense and you really need to know the comps to make sure your investment is going to actually make money.
