I do not think this would relate to or allow concealing a known material defect, it just means the disclosure form itself isn't done.It doesn't seem like you could qualify for this, however, as the previous poster said, you can still sell it as is.

Though paying off your mortgage can make you a pretty high priority target, you can conceal that through the strategy of equity stripping - essentially making a loan to yourself so the property does not look so appealing.
