Hold harmless agreement before entering a property
I’m hoping that someone will be willing to offer some insight.
I asked my realtor to schedule a walk through of a SFH.
She agreeed but states that a hold harmless agreement must be signed prior to entering the property.
Can someone explain if it is common for the seller to conceal the reason for the agreement?
