Syndicators who brag about their instagram lifestyles without a big old pile of exits... probably bought that lifestyle with their investor's money, whether Ponzi scheme or exorbitant acquisition/management fees.That... or selling high ticket coaching items on the power of real estate.

there are so many posts here that I disagree with both in favor of and opposed to mentors/coaches/gurus that I don't know where to start so forgive the rant. 

I'll leave that to a lawyer to answer.The idea behind the corporate credit coaching program is to help people understand the difference between personal and business credit.

He's now continuing to branch out to sales, coachings, etc.  

If you think you're going to call a seller and get them under contract with pure logic and numbers, forget it, you will waste all your time and money.I'm not a coach; I can only speak from experience.

I wouldn't recommend jumping into the industry and charging a fee when you don't have set systems and processes yet---could leave a bad reputation.Another option is investing in a coaching program and having people who have already succeeded in this industry guide you in the co-hosting space.

I have used Coach Carson's recommended spreadsheet from "Woman Builder" (linked), and it's excellent for listing all the various cost categories I may confront on a project.
