Unless it was a carriage house.

I would look downtown and see if you could find a house that has a carriage house or separate space for STR income.

The carriage house has been removed and the water below the home has been drained.

That's the specific language, but more broadly, I know from going to Denver's Airbnb/short-term rental advisory committees for a few years that carriage houses and other forms of accessory dwelling units are most definitely permitted for short-term rental uses.Are you looking to do something with Airbnb and ADUs in Denver?

We had a short term lease with a woman who is living in our carriage house, the lease is written that the term is a 3 month lease, with automatic renewal for up to 3 months, month -to month. 

I'm looking at a deal that is 3 bed/2 bath but that includes a main house w/ 2&1 and a carriage house with 1&1, the property also has a 2 car detached garage.
