I work a W-2 day job and have my own electrical business.

I am currently a junior business marketing major with a concentration in professional sales at Samford University.

I would highly suggest finding a bookkeeper who specializes in REI as our industry is a different animal that a regular business and the bookkeeping is a bit specialized as well.

Even as a broker there are many sleazy Account Executives that try to win my business with terms or extra compensation.

Same principles apply - being busy will create opportunity. 

It's always important to screen anyone you are doing business with. 

"owned outright"- do the members have personal debt to support this, or is it both zero for personal and for the business?
