I really do not want to use a HML.. what this to be a brainstorming session of how we can do 0 money down... i want as many ideas as possible... of how we can do 0 money down and buy as many house as possible in this great economy time.

I'm looking to brainstorm potential solutions to these problems.Any feedback is greatly appreciated!

I just started brainstorming yesterday about this and wondered if it might be a good addition to my fellow BPer's here.His very words were, "I don't mind doing owner finance.

hey guys, new to BP but I'm looking to brainstorm/mastermind with other real estate agents or licensed investors across the country who are successfully brokering lease option & seller finance deals.Even if you've only done a few...we're a rare breed and I'd like to create a group where we can share ideas & strategies.

If the answer to that question is "nothing" or isn't something significant, I'd suggest that each of you invest in your own (smaller) properties individually and work together to provide moral support for one another and strategic brainstorming sessions.
