Cost me $375/month (3 month minimum so I'll probably just move the same stuff and a few other pieces to my other vacant property that isn't selling either) and $200 for delivery/set up/pickup.I also took a bunch of artwork and random items from my own house and set it all up there, brought in some fresh flowers, and I set up the pub table with two glasses, napkins and a bottle of wine for a nice visual.

Some areas damaged meters fall on whom ever the bill is in and they have to pay for damaged meter and if it happens again they also raise the deposit way up if I think awhile I could recall several other ideas I used the cigarettes and several bottles of booze method to get someone to convince a few to leave for greener pastures.

LOL... now maybe when the politicos can't get their bottle of Silver Oak or Screaming Eagle they will take note.. but Trump does not abide so he does not care LOL.When I grew up in Cupertino as kids we cut apricots picked cherries etc etc.in Oregon folks my age used to pick berries Blue Bosyn black you name it.now get a 16 YO off his smart phone or computer game and put him or her out in the fields..

Stain is ~$40/bottle and sealer is $200/5 gal.Tile counter tops are really cheap to install.If you do exterior repair on soffit or fascia, always go back with hardie, less maintenance over time.Places like surplus warehouse will give you a 3% landlord discount on doors and windows (and they're already dirt cheap).Capex is important to keep track of but with so many alternative options to pay for the expense, I don't stress too much over it either.
