John T Reed is a blow harded old man with way too much time on his hands.A lot of his ranting is nothing but bashing others some for whom don't warrant it.He's just a bitter old man.

Tenant is pissed and bitter, but a tenant wanting to get money for a former landlord's attitude is excessive and unlikely to happen.Tenant should go to small claims to get security deposit back by showing photos of the property in good condition, and move onueing someone for their attitude is silly.

Someone had posted on a related thread, that raising the rent is a less bitter pill to swallow when accompanied by a small token of appreciation to the tenant - a $50 gift card for example.
