I am just getting through a bitter divorce battle and it has left me at a all time low.

This man has compiled a portfolio of commercial real estate that would rival anyone.

However, i'm not sure why there is a bitter tone in some of the responses.

@Bob BowlingI have had some AMAZING military and I also have stories to rival yours ;)The key is to remember that military tenants are tenants.

If this state ever got their heads out of their you know what and became pro growth like the states in the south our values would rival Seattle and the Bay area.. but not going to happen.. those that live here think its a privilege to do business in this state and of Course EVERY one wants to live in Portland  LOL.  

Americans don't mature well, many are still in the high school mode, rival football teams and all that, which is the better school.

It was a bitter sweet sale but an opportunity to build my own wealth.  

I expect, though, that he will avoid moving and will fight to the bitter end.
