The rental we bought only has a bathtub.

The house had no kitchen, and only bathtubs in the bathrooms.

I recently noticed a hairline crack on the floor of the almond colored bathtub in the house I'm currently living in, which I will be converting to a rental in the next three to six months.I've already put in a new floor and vanity in this bathroom, but was holding off on replacing the bathtub due to the estimated costs I've heard from others.  

Can this be used to redo kitchen sinks and, maybe, bathtubs in lieu of reglazing?

The master needs new tile and I can have the bathtub re-surfaced.

It would cost him around $600-$700 to replace the cabinets with the generic plain white cookie-cutter type cabinets, about $75 for a formica countertop, plus the cost to fix the walls correctly and replace the pipes in the wall, plus new bathtub faucet (I suspect plumping has actually rusted since I noticed rust in the water and on the exterior of other pipes around the duplex).

Have you ever cleaned feces out of a bathtub or had roaches fall from the ceiling and crawl down your shirt?

how did you make the bath tub stay on the ceiling?

A bathtub can be a liability also , someone could slip .
