Most realtors don't understand investing and honestly most of them don't really care for investors.Wholesaling can be a tough racket but you can add me to your buyer's list.

Mostly bad though.Most of the "guru" real estate programs are just seminar upsell rackets.

I've gone out of my way, delivered extra towels, ordered extra Pickleball rackets, etc.  

Squirrels moved into the walls and roof one winter and talk about a racket!  

It seems the Internet racket of issuing Emotional Support Animal Certifications will still be allowed, but HUD is basically stating it's questionable.

A very tough racket though; you might find it easier to string together a series of smaller residential deals.
