I took the Airbnb bookings and now I'm around 80/20 Airbnb/VRBO.Based on a recent bad experience that I had with Airbnb (it's a separate thread out here), I called VRBO and asked them how I can get more booking requests from VRBO. 

You tempt the Devil, bad things happen.  

When you have things that you do not know how bad they are until you open up pandora's box, it is hard to perfectly predict the cost.I'd be happy to have a more in-depth conversation if interested.

For Neal it may be win-loss of 50-50 or 60-40, both not bad on average for funds. 

Most section 8 tenants are decent, few bad apples ruin the bunch. 

I see this home and what you paid and while it's not at all a bad price, I've seen investors offering that size in Palm Bay for as much as $15-25k lower.

However, I've heard lots of bad experiences online with Guesty, Hostaway, Hostfully, etc. etc.

A laundromat with 3 or more machines down is a bad reputation to have. 

Now to the bad news: it is REALLY hard to be a 20yo real estate agent and make a living wage, let alone generate cash for a down payment.
