Hello newbie wholesaler here and I'm assembling a team.

I am located in northern New Jersey and am looking for driven and hungry individuals to help me assemble my best RE team.

We are setting up an assembly line to serve the investor community here and will offer a large demo crew, buildout team, fit and finish team, MEP team and curb appeal team.

Goal for Q2 2019Because our model is broken down like an assembly line, and each position is highly leveraged on other positions, we discovered we need to make a leap of faith and triple the size of our organization.

Since we are buying AFTER the school season has started we know vacancy will be a challenge until next school year and are hoping to get some leasing for spring semester, but have entertained the idea of AirBnB, but the following questions have stopped me from pursuing it:The purchasing/transportation/assembly of furnitureThings will likely get ruined (sheets, dishes, furniture) will my cleaning lady/house mom really be willing to go out and buy these things and replace them?

Since then, I've started assembling my team.

In the meantime, I’m hoping to assemble a checklist that runs you through the whole process from analyzing the property financials all the way through the first rent check. 

I’m currently trying to assemble my core team and learning everything I can from them, as well as reading all kinds of books on investing.

I have a great team assembled, including a trusted lender and real estate agent working with me.
