I have experience in single family fix and flip, 1-4 family rentals, small apartments (10-30 unit), 100+ unit apartments, development, commercial retail, industrial and office.

There’s no single right answer to every situation, but the more you educate yourself and build your network, the more confident you'll become.Lastly, don’t hesitate to ask questions here, no matter how small they seem.

Their entire business plan is wait a few days to come out, charge  deductible, go back to the office to order a part or two that will come in a day or two.

If you are able to add an additional full bath, it sets you apart in the market big time!
