It was extremely aggravating and inconvenient, but I think in the long run, there was no harm done.

If you are a Cowboy fan and have to go to the bar to watch, that would be aggravating.

That might be true, but man you really have to work for it (headaches and aggravation). My biggest issue with section 8 at the moment is that it seems they often aren't keeping up with the market rents, in general but especially for single family houses.

Tenants love the 70-100Mb bandwidth and it is a definite "plus" in filling our student rentals.Normally, I would have included Internet it in this unit, but where I opened my mouth and prematurely discounted the rent, we did not offer it - though we did pull the glass (fibre-optic cable) into the communications room.Ironically, this renovation cost about the same as purchasing a 2/1 or 3/1 in your farm and must seem completely over-the-top to you .... it aggravates me and I'm fully cognisant that we have a much higher cost of "everything" (and an ill Loonie to top it off).

I contacted a paralegal adviser that specializes in real estate ,and she stated that wholesaling is legal in NC but it is your due diligence to go to court house at dep,of deeds and do a check on the property and make sure there is no judgments against the property to save aggravation at the closing process, the fee is $40-$70 depending on county she replied.
