I admire your drive.....18 yrs is young to be doing this, but it can be done.However....if you came to me and said you would handle the rehab and management of the property, I would ask you to show me proof of any experience you have had with construction, management or anything else related to Real Estate.

I admire your immaculate Integrity, John.So what I hear you saying is you feel that all wholesaling is a scam. 

The rest is just ego, pride, desire for social acceptance, image and need for admiration.

I think your ambitions and goals are admirable and realistic but I really want to caution you against hedging all of your bet into one property and not having the emergency funds that are needed.
