Any company that has been mentioned by the President on Twitter will slump and rebound.If the sanctions are cut on Russia they will stop dumping their stockpiles of Platinum and Palladium. 

If it was from known friends here on BP, I give it a LOT of weight.For the legions on twitter or yelp, or reseller ratings, a grain of salt.If I were you, I would ask to talk to both happy and not so happy property owners.Being a PM is an adversarial relationship to a tenant by it's very nature.So vet em, and please keep us informed of your progress!

.- Set up Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Google+ for the LLC.- Followed more than 500 other people (on each social networking platform) who work in real estate, most in REI.- Began preliminary work on creating all five websites (focusing on the buyer squeeze pages, so I can gather a solid buyers list before putting a property under contract) but it turns out that I'm not too good at the technical side of things, so I think I'm going to hire someone on Fiverr to put everything together.

I'm psyched to be here and have a lot of material to contribute so I'm excited to see what I can get into on here and meet the other fine investors of BiggerPockets.I don't know where I read the thread, I think it was the twitter/tweeter debate but I think BiggerPocketeers has a nice ring lol.

Jimmy & Charles - If more members did what you do, by sharing the threads they create, their blogs, and other content that they find interesting using Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Digg, Delicious and other bookmarking/social networking sites, our growth would accelerate even more.

Our system that should have prevented all this from happening failed - my fault - but hopefully going forward, new changes/fixes/updates/upgrades to the site won't cause any visible chaos to you again.We know that there are other problems out there . . . please be sure to send me a PM if you ever have one.BTW - When we were offline for 10 minutes yesterday, we were letting people know about the status of things via BiggerPockets on Facebook and BiggerPockets on Twitter.
