One of the investors brought the buyer to the table (my personal opinion was that the buyer did not have financing but I went along with it because that is what the investors wanted). 

If I leave 20 bucks on the table, I'll sleep like a baby and dream up the next big deal while others are getting audited or sued.

Some of the moves you made are of the logic gamblers use when they're down at a table. 

I use Executive Villas and they just charged me $500 to repair some table legs and replace the batteries on a remote.

Prices are high and coverage can be hard to fine, especially in the mountain counties and for habitational buildings.  

@Jackie Liu I have a table in my lease that lists all the utilities and then they are marked as to if the tenant pays them or the landlord pays them.

My husband and I are on the other side of the table -- we have a property in Virginia Beach and we were looking for somebody to do the Arbitrage, because we don't like the current PM and we have zero desire to manage it ourselves.
