The realtor will not be able to negotiate with the bank without the authority to do so, will not be able to negotiate as your representative without it being listed, without a full package submission of a purchase and sale agreement and, without the numbers working.

If you want higher LTV or better terms then I go to other lenders with  heavier doc submission and solid FICO.

Great care was taken to document and package the submission for underwriting with the exception request, resting upon the fact that this was all unexpected/unforeseen/unavoidable.

I’ve never been charged this fee before and the lender is saying it is a mandatory fee charged by Freddie Mac. Anyone heard of this or know how to avoid it?
