Unfortunately, a lot of people aren't honest about their real estate transactions and start boasting when they shouldn't.

tenants who often are "renting" from multiple owners (often preying on the elderly whose properties tend to be more neglected and violations left uncorrected) and consequently subleasing out the property they rent to others, without owning the property nor paying rent on it, generating multiple streams of property.one dude i found to be doing this, while showing a few apts and having him apply to rent a 2nd at one of the properties i manage, when he had just put a deposit already on a 1st, when confronted, even boasted it's his and his 'homies' method of 'investing in the new economy'!

Not to boast, but I had been offered, after a long time of searching, an unsecured business LOC for a very handy at amazing rates.

 Im from the Philadelphia suburbs of Pottstown which boasts a dwindling economy and the 9th highest property tax in Pennsylvania an already highly taxed state for real estate investors.  

These cities boast a low average cost of home ownership that is expected to rise with job and population growth.

Go read a few of the posts here on BP in the "wholesaling" forum and read how they boast about lying to sellers and using nothing but LIES AND BULLONEY to mislead sellers.
