I'm looking in midwest and southeast states

There are many options in Southeast Pennsylvania, and becoming involved in the local market is a great way to start your investing career.

Maybe there are other areas in Southeast US others recommend.  

I invest in Southeast South Dakota and am looking at Omaha.

I am a newly licensed "yesterday At 10 am" real estate agent residing in Southeast Mi.
