Before purchasing a rental property carefully evaluate the appreciation potential.

It's a fairly unregulated space (charging grandma $750 to puts around for 3 hours, after moving the old box from the horizontal sensor, which was the only problem with the garage door to begin with), so some combination of carefully reading reviews (you have to actually read them to make sure it's not 200 fake reviews), and maybe not giving them the full contract all at once, is in order. 

Is this pocket a value oriented area (most sq ft per dollar of rent) or will they care more about proximity to highways, retail, walkability?  

But be careful with your trial.

@Robert Zajac pretty sure BRB charges less than an 8% management fee, so just as @Nathan Gesner states, they are making up for being below the "industry standards" by charging more elsewhere.BE CAREFUL about PMCs that claim they don't charge a markup on maintenance - TIME IS ALWAYS MONEY!

I'm not going to continue arguing with you about this on this thread because quite frankly nobody here cares if we are being honest.

The house is currently under management so I’d think they’d take care of getting top market rent but I think we all know that management companies can be hit or miss.
