@Judy Wang I would do an LLC as to much risk exposing all your assets to both things you can do personally and in business.

this is what Small claims court was intended for these little spats..tell it to judge judy and see what she says.. :)  and if the other party does not show up you get a default  but then try to collect.. just because they got the money does not mean you can collect 95% of the time or more you cannot.
