I think the folks that pay for these programs have the wherewithal to simply cut a check and its no big expense to them compared to what they stand to get out of it.

If not, then the path of least resistance is to simply adjust your vision so it fits better into the lot, as-is. :) A zoning change can take up to 6 months, approval isn't guaranteed (despite Aldermanic support), and potentially cost a lot of money (architectural site / floor plans & dimensioned elevations, zoning attorney, holding costs, etc.)

I do all the expenses (simply because that is easier than me communicating with Bookeeper every time I have a charge) and she does inputs on monthly statements, balance tracking, basis, loans (7 loans), and reconciliation.
