I think eventually a VR set up will be common online or at RE offices.

Starting in real estate is exciting but comes with its own set of challenges.

Also would you focus on a specific target market you are familiar with and know the comps like the back of your hand and have boots on the ground ?

I have done my research on setting up the proper entity structure in the US and Canada but I really confused about all the options available LP, LLP, C-corp, S-corp.

@Daniel HymanThanks for the idea but another problem I have with using the government internet is a lot of things on websites don't work because of the firewall and network settings so when I try to apply for the account it just doesn't go to anything.

Or someone went camping and got rained out and had to put everything in the dryer when they got home.There are some really cheap motion sensing cameras these days- it might be worth setting that up.

Now consider this: all the groups people are spending fortunes to target—foreclosures, absentee owners, probate leads, tax liens—what do they have in common?
