The home was a custom build including custom interior paint and carpet that included one bedroom with bright pink walls and purple carpet, another bedroom with bright blue walls and green carpet, and the interior of the garage painted red.

Purple board is going up where possible and priming is in full swing.

All this ruse does is buy you a little time ("I have to check with my uncle" or "I have to check with my partner") when someone asks you if they can be late on their rent or paint their room purple. 

I may be blonde, but that purple gives me some artificial intelligence ;-). 

I had a choice bring my purple jacket or my green down coat.. took the green one. if anyone can put some pressure on Brady ????

Otherwise it is dark purple exterior gloss paint that I will have to fix later.

@Chris Mason, I was actually planning to paint it red, purple, yellow and orange.

I’m suspicious because when the tenants moved in they wanted to paint the interior (themselves) and I declined because they wanted to use dark purples/oranges etc and it just had been painted anyway.
