We have the opposite problem up north in Cleveland.

What gets expensive is replacing a deteriorated side sewer from the house to the street, when they use the cleanouts and find out what's going on down there. 

Community water, and electric are at the street.

When the tide does shift, you'll be cruising on Easy Street while the others are still getting in the water, adjusting their goggles, and warming up their muscles.

In residential (1-4 unit), you are hamstrung by what your neighbors property sold for down the street.  

north of Tampa is an interesting area (about an hour or two) and there are a lot of low end places. 

Are you aware that over 80% of Wall Street / Stock market companies DONT last that long?     

I am wondering if I should just use the garage as your typical garage as it just has my washer and dryer and space for my car, but I usually just park on the driveway/street.

We have a property just north of yours and to be honest I would not be leaving a ton of supplies out for the type of guest avatar that comes through.
