You may as well get paid until the end.

I'm a new BP member and I may as well say I'm a newbie to investing as well.

I was looking to see if there was some sort of database, for lack of better words, that had a list of already qualified renters when I came across this "Bad Tenants List" (http://badtenantslist.net/).I'm curious if anyone has came across this as well and because its membership only you may not view any of the good/bad tenants list so I'm also curious to know what limitations on information may a company hold on a potential renter?

They have a house sitting there empty, figure they might as well make some money on it without putting much thought or effort into it, put it up for a cheap price hoping to may a quick buck - often in many cases never reinvesting a single dollar back into the property - and end up getting perpetually sub-par tenants.  

I may as well just roll with it now...I'm loving my new life, and after my two closings I can can even pay my bills again..lol...plus I'll still have money to reinvest, so why turn back now?

Heck, if you are going to get a gift from a family member you may as well JV with them to buy it.

Or, should I list it in May, a month before summer, so people will rent it and move into it when summer begins?

I realized this evening that as long as I'm looking for work, I may as well look for work that I could learn from and apply to my future real estate investing career.What work/jobs would you suggest I look into?
