Open permits, plumbing not strapped, leaks under the house, wiring in the attic not strapped either.

I guess they were cash strapped.

Covid came and I know the city is cash strapped, due to the Airport having slowed down.

I think in return you could provide a welcome gift and thank you for letting you get things ready - this could be something simple like a thank you card and a gift card, welcome mat, or hand soap - something people would need when they are first moving in!

I'm a new investor in the Hartford Ct area, closing for my first mf on Mat 10th.

With that said, I am not strapped down to any one location or market in particular and was wondering if anyone has any suggestions on locations/markets that would provide a good opportunity for me to house hack my first place.  

And you don’t want an empty house or bye bye hvac and anything else not strapped down.

If they are a friend you should have a good idea about job status, type of stuff they buy etc... do they seem strapped for cash etc..
