What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Hi everyone, I am a full time investor in Kansas City and my wife is Canadian (from Edmonton).

I am actually kind of astonished by this.

This is great when purchasing from a family member if they are willing to consider a discount. 

I’m totally new at this so searching for advice.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Since I am entering this field in the latter part of my life (63), I do not want 'long-term' investments as I am not interested in making millions, but having enough for the remainder of my life to 'Vive La Vida Loca'!

Of the many strategies I've looked into, House-hacking and short-term rentals piqued my interests. 

Jacob,The advice you are getting from this guy who is "in lending" is very vague and is not covering all of the fine lines that manufactured home financing requires.
