I'm just curious, for those of you who are real estate agents/brokers that are buying/selling, are you utilizing social media (Facebook & Instagram) as a marketing tool?

I agree with @Rachel Rendall and @Jeff Filali about Facebook and Instagram being two of the best platforms.

Each of the 4 homes i have hit these numbers on have been the product of direct mail, an 1 instagram lead and one of off Craigslist all in the last 12 months.

I'm partial to instagram and wordpress has built-in widgets that allow you to easily incorporate your instagram feed into your page. 

Also try typing their name into Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc and sending them a direct message instead.

Facebook, Instagram, Zillow, Hotpads & Trulia are all free options.
