And the plot thickens....I would imagine there is "in the event of default" language in the collateral assignment agreement that states what the lender can do to recoup their funds.

but generally - new accounting and property tracking softwares fall short in one of two places: 1) they don't actually generate financial statements that a CPA or Lender will approve, or 2) They can, but the learning curve is so steep or convoluted it's impossible for you to get help if/when you need it (I imagine this is why this thread is a little slow right now)Have you asked your accountant what they think will work best?

I can imagine it depends on how significant the issue is but I'm interested in y'alls take on if this will impact the resell value even if I fix it completely? 

I have rental agreements for my LTR but couldn't imagine using that for my STR.

I can't imagine the logic of sitting there and reject it all when they have been doing what I want to successfully for years.
