Back then the major draw was how much support the revitalization projects had from major developers, Mayor Oscar Goodman, etc.At that time I was comparing our downtown prices etc to other major cities downtowns.

Goodman: I need to know if you’ve got the f***ing brains to walk when it’s time to walk.
