Hi, my name is Ashley Goodman. I just wanted to do a quick intro to BP. I have been working with an investor in North Carolina who has been showing me the ropes and I am now ready to bring what I've learned to Charleston SC. I am working on getting my first property to flip. Does anyone have any suggestions on licensed general contractors, plumbers, electricians, etc.?
