Is there a form or letter I can have her sign stating that she has abandoned her property and I now can take her stuff to the dump or donate it?

Ain't no party like an eviction party.EXCATLY either that or a very sloppy garage sale  LOL.. out our way when I have a garage sale I put Many free items then when the folks come I have a big sign that says EVERYTHING free  and that saves me a trip to the dump.. the good stuff I donate.. or if I see some folks that I think I can help I just give it to them..

Have you ever negotiated a deal that included a donation to the sellers church>?

For example, right now I am renovating a 20-unit apartment complex...we are pulling out a lot of old appliances and I want to donate for the tax write offs.

I also donate 250 to the boys and girls club every month.

I'm talking: sponsorships, donations, community outreach, sitting on the board of directors for companies and organizations.

I think you can become a member if you donate to one of the associated military focused non-profits.
