We are working on rehabbing my sons little craftsman bungalow.  

I believe Jacksonville has the largest number of craftsman style homes in Florida.

I'm looking into the possibilities of developing a small neighborhood here with a Craftsman look to them.

Of course, any work you can do yourself can cut a lot out of the price, but you really have to look at the personal time cost/tradeoff for projects that will take you days that might take a skilled craftsman hours. 

I have grown up with a craftsman father and have my fair share of experience with a variety of projects so I would like to offer my labor as much as possible to the project so that we can reduce cost.

I got one of my clients closed on a east Medford home with two ADU’s that was an older craftsman style home that they’re househacking short term rental market and it’s been great for them!

The home is a 1909 craftsman in excellent condition and room to put a fourth unit in the basement if we want to.

@Jim L.Not sure I understand the question but Ana other way is to be a craftsman and be able to do renovations where you can buy houses needing rehab and get what is called sweat equity
