On top of that we put in carpet risers which are around $8 for a set and very easy to swap out if they get dirty.2- LVP shouldn't be any cooler to the touch than hardwood floors, and when paired with a few area rugs, it should be just fine.

The biggest problems we've had with HVAC is with getting the air balanced out properly, so that one side doesn't get cooler/warmer than the other, etc.

I would recommend a simple DIY project that I think could go a long way: Replace the baseboard heaters and unit cooler with something newer and a little bit more modern looking, and then add crown molding on the ceiling.

The other issue with those in FL is the air coming in is humid and your house is cooler so it will condense and can encourage mold and mildew growth.Now if they're the casement style cranks then leave them alone as I'm sure you won't likely increase your value by that much in the area.

This works better with a larger air compressor that puts out more CFM, ideally more than 3 CFM is what you want.Walk around and make sure all faucets are shut off.
