They are not much different than a PA used by licensed Realtors, they just have the Realtor listing/commissions stuff stripped out.

I’m not forcing anyone to close once they’ve signed a PA if they’re not happy or change their mind.At the end of the day, I really don’t think anyone is going to hold you to a purchase agreement for a parcel of land.
