Update all lighting to LED. 

While the criminal background check came up clear, the undisclosed case that led to job loss due to inappropriate behavior is concerning.

Someone took the little basket that holds soap and shampoo and the sign on the back of the toilet and placed them waaay in the back of the bathroom cabinet.Someone removed the tiny little LED lights I have on this 8 foot tall fake ficus in the kids bunk room and put in on the deck.

I was doing reviews for a specific company as use for gaming demos due to it's compact size and LED/Laser light source.

Transaction sizes and/or total equity raise are what led to the separation.  

The last deal I closed up in Aiken Sc the attorney balked and would not pay the wholesaler.. this led my agent to do a work around and we got it done..

agree we omly use led lights now inside and out

It was pretty hard to find properties where the numbers and landlord laws made sense which is what ultimately led me to investing in Columbus, OH.

I know all the PM's and have contractors . happy to recommend  Also led certification.
